Job Description

NYC Health and Hospitals (H+H) has been tasked to operationalize and manage several Humanitarian Emergency Response and Relief Center (HERRC) facilities to offer direct service provision, resource navigation, and temporary respite for single adults, adult families, and families with children seeking asylum in the United States. In addition to HERRC sites NYC Health + Hospitals is also operating the Arrival Center and Resettlement Program. The Arrival Center, also known as the "new Ellis Island" is the central hub for all new migrants coming into New York City. The Resettlement Program is tasked with intensive case management for migrants in the City's care to connect with resources to help them move out of the City housing.

Reporting to the Training and Quality Lead, the Implementation Specialist will:
• Serve as a go-to expert on HERRC policies and HOST features (Salesforce record-keeping system)
• Provide support and ongoing education to HERRC sites, Arrival Center and Resettlement program on policies, programmatic decisions, and HOST system
• Support new site go-lives with training and program implementation needs
• Work with Data team to identify key sites and workflows that need refresher training
• Work closely with project leads to identify new initiatives to be rolled out across sites/programs
• Serve as a liaison between site staff and program leadership to escalate user issues with the HOST system on the ground
• Work across multiple sites to do hands-on trainings
• Work in a fast-paced problem solving environment helping to support a 24/7 operation
• Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

Educational and/or experience requirements will vary requiring diverse kinds and levels depending on the content, complexity and variety of project. Compensation levels will correspond to the requirements developed for the designated project.
In no event will the acceptable minimum be below:
1. A Baccalaureate Degree from an accredited college or university in a specialization discipline consistent with project content; and,
2. Four years of substitutable and relevant health care experience related to the objectives of the project; or,
3. A satisfactory equivalent combination of experience, training and education.
