Position Summary:

The Implementation Specialist helps Covala Group meet and exceed client expectations by managing and supporting new business implementations in partnership with the Senior Implementation Specialist. The individual in this position will participate in company-wide projects that involve working with different teams. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated, energetic individual to contribute meaningfully to a growing business and gain valuable experience. Key personality traits for success include high energy and drive, the ability to work on a team and a questioning mind. The position is hybrid. During the first three months of employment, the individual will be expected to be in the office up to three days a week for training. After the initial three-month period, their schedule will be determined based on their manager's discretion.

Position Responsibilities:
  • Actively participate and contribute to client kickoff & ongoing calls/meetings, helping to firmly establish and execute upon agreed upon firm and client expectations.
  • Build, customize and test employee-facing benefits enrollment platform.
  • Collect, analyze and audit data from various sources.
  • Assist in identifying key milestones and develop timelines for initial implementation and enrollment, as well as subsequent renewals.
  • Manage internal and external resources in manner necessary to meet project deadlines and to resolve issues that arise.
  • Work cohesively with other team members in an effort to achieve a successful and positive client experience.
  • Communicate with clients and team in a pleasant, professional manner.
  • Manage client expectations aggressively, anticipating possible issues and working to resolve them in the most efficient manner.
  • Proactively identify ways to improve client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
  • Experience with client/customer service, preferably in a corporate setting
  • Attention to detail with a high level of accountability and ownership of work
  • Experience working with executives or executive-level clients is preferred

    Education/Experience:
    • Bachelor's Degree preferred. HS Diploma or GED is required
    • License in Life/Health Insurance preferred and Long-Term Care a plus

The base salary range for this position in NYC $50,000 $65,000. The base salary offered will be determined by factors including, but not limited to, experience, credentials, education, certifications, skill level required for the position, the scope of the position, and geographic location. Actual base salary offered will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
