Position Summary:
As a White Glove Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for delivering and assembling furniture to homes and businesses throughout the DFW area. This role requires attention to detail, strong customer service skills, and a commitment to delivering items in perfect condition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely load, transport, and deliver furniture to customers.
- Provide white glove service, including assembly and placement of furniture in customers' homes or businesses.
- Conduct thorough inspections of delivered items to ensure they are damage-free.
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance while providing exceptional customer service.
- Communicate with customers and internal teams to coordinate delivery windows and resolve any issues.
- Adhere to all company policies and safety protocols during deliveries.
Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Experience with furniture delivery or assembly is a plus.
- Ability to lift and move heavy furniture with assistance.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Professional demeanor and appearance.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Compensation:
- Daily rate of $160 - $190, depending on experience.
- This is a 1099 contractor position with the option to transition to a W4 employee after a probationary period.
