Job Title: Incident Manager and Azure Platform Engineer

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• The Incident Manager oversees the entire incident response process, ensuring that incidents are managed efficiently and effectively.

• They act as the main point of contact during an incident, facilitating communication between different teams and stakeholders.

• Their goal is to guide the incident to a quick and complete resolution, managing resources, plans, and communication involved in the process.

• They also work on identifying potential vulnerabilities and implementing safeguards to prevent future incidents.

Additionally, as an Azure Platform Engineer:

• Provide administration support for the Azure services in the EDH platform.

• Point of contact for the infrastructure triages and all type of issue

• Maintain and monitor existing Azure infrastructure and workloads to ensure optimal performance.

• Ensure the security, performance, reliability, and scalability of Azure applications and infrastructure.

• Knowledge on Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) scripts to automate the deployment and management of resources.

• Knowledge on Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD), Manage and operate the continuous delivery framework and tools.

• Work closely with development teams to understand their requirements and provide the necessary infrastructure support.

Salary and Other Compensation:

Applications will be accepted until 16-Sep-2024.

The annual salary for this position is between $80,000 - $133,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and is subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
