As an Indirect Strategic Sourcing Consultant specializing in Store Development and Fixtures, you will be responsible for developing strong business partner relationships and providing strategic sourcing support to the assigned category. You will leverage your experience to deliver significant value to key stakeholders by managing the end-to-end strategic sourcing process, including sourcing events and contracting management to drive savings, reduce risk, and support efficiencies for store development activities and fixtures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct all phases in the development of complex contracts, including reviewing statements of work, request for information (RFI), and request for proposal (RFP) development
• Provide analytics and evaluations to support the stakeholder and sourcing decision process
• Perform project management activities to forward sourcing events
• Partner with stakeholders to manage the contracting process, including contract evaluation, redlining, and negotiation
• Improve supplier performance by setting measurable, contractual performance targets
• Stay informed about market changes and evaluate their impact on supplier status
• Ensure compliance with company policies related to Indirect Spend and Delegation of Authority
• Identify opportunities for efficiency gains and cost-effectiveness in supplier negotiations
• Manage sourcing projects from inception to closure, including documentation and stakeholder approvals
• Build and maintain project plans and timelines, communicating status updates to key stakeholders
• Implement best practices in Strategic Sourcing and Indirect Procurement to drive automation and simplification
• Contribute to company goals in Sustainability, Supplier Diversity, and 3rd party Risk management

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of strategic sourcing experience, with expertise in technology product and service categories in a multi-national retail corporation
• Strong experience in sourcing for store development, fixtures, and retail construction
• Excellent prioritization and adaptability skills
• Continuous learning mindset
• Proven track record of cost reduction and productivity improvements
• Ability to influence and drive change while building solid relationships
• Strong project and timeline management skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Advanced negotiation skills with flexible strategies
• Experience interfacing with senior-level stakeholders
• Advanced skills in analytics, Excel, presentation creation, data visualization, and sourcing tools

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $45 to $50/HR. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
