Industrial Engineer Internship
We are looking for an Industrial Engineer Intern who will report to the Industrial Engineer Lead and who’ll be able to build both hard and soft skills, even network. As part of your role, you’ll learn how to plan and execute technical production, communicate their vision effectively and collaborate with a team on a shared goal.

YOU’LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:
- Respond to the assembly line requirements, opportunity to brainstorm and implement solutions .
- Learn and suggest Manufacturing methods with maximum efficiency.
- Enact quality control procedures to resolve production problems or minimize costs.
- Review production schedules, engineering specifications, process flows to understand methods that are applied in manufacturing.
- Lead and support process improvements and cost saving efficiencies.
YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES:
Required:
- Currently a Junior/Senior or above pursuing a B.S. Industrial, Manufacturing or Mechanical Engineering degree.
- Proficient in excel.
- Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to learn and successfully apply additional skills and knowledge ( Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, inspection techniques, product manuals, etc).
Preferred:
- Previous internship experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience in Design Softwares: Creo or Solidworks.
