Information Technology Analyst-Part time

Responsible for assisting in the comprehensive support and maintenance of 100+ desktop and laptop computers in a networked environment with multiple on-site servers. Hands-on guidance of users with varied levels of computer knowledge and some system administration duties. Experience with Windows 10/11, MS Office, and the principals of networked environments is a must. Analysts will learn to work with PMS (Property Management System), POS (Point of Sale) registers, PBX phone systems, and other industry-specific applications.

Eventually, under the direction of the IT manager, the IT analyst will also be involved in projects such as operating system upgrades, network security audits, and software rollouts. This is not an everyday level 1 tech position; it is a hands-on role growing real-world technology skills and applying them in an environment rooted in service and care. The opportunity is part-time.
