Information Technology Site Delivery Manager

Responsible for servingas the strategic interface with the assigned McLaren subsidiary for the purposeof business/IT strategy development, solution discovery, service management,risk management and relationship management. Serves as the businessrelationship linkage between the subsidiary and IT Delivery Operations. Thisposition provides subsidiary vision and direction in concert with thesubsidiary Clinical Information Specialist (CIS) for information systems,process design, data management and related processes. Responsible for activelyresolving day-to-day technology needs of the assigned subsidiary with a focuson the analysis of processes-dissecting problems and suggesting solutions.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

• Drives process improvement and standardizationat assigned subsidiary location and amongst their peers
• Identifies the assigned subsidiaryneeds/concerns proactively and works to resolve before formal escalations areneeded
• Coordinate and manage executive briefings and meetings based uponIT governance process.
• Management of Third-party vendors
• Oversight of ITIL based incident, problem, and change managementprocesses
• Manage to and communicate contractual servicelevel agreements of McLaren supporting partners

Qualifications:

Required:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Four years' experience in health careinformation technology.
• 3 additional years of IT and/or healthcareleadership experience with a broad range of exposure to various technicalenvironments and business segments.

OR

• Bachelor's degree in information management,business administration or related field.
• 3 years of IT and/or healthcare leadershipexperience with a broad range of exposure to various technical environments andbusiness segments.
