  • 10 years of experience in IT support focused on Project Management in infrastructure, esp. End User Connectivity-New HQ facility and Data Center Application Discovery, Inventory, plan and migrate to new DC
  • Has worked in cloud infrastructure as well.
  • Can commute to Newark NJ on Hybrid basis as per client needs.
  • Has performed 3 data center moves and migrated applications to new DC.
  • Led 3 corporate headquarters moves and was responsible for the connectivity for End Users.


Job Description - Infra PM:
  • The infrastructure of information technology comprises of hardware systems, software, network connections and servers.
  • The PM will Inventory and manage Infrastructure projects portfolio.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
  • Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
  • Act as change agent to improve overall processes and programs.
  • Provide guidance to project team throughout project lifecycle to meet applicable business requirements.
  • Support the development and deployment of project management standards, guidelines and processes.
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation.
  • Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
  • Report and escalate to management as needed.
  • Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
  • Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
  • Meet budgetary objectives and adjust project constraints based on financial analysis.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members.
  • Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs.
