Swoon is actively hiring an Injection Molding Process Technician to join the team!

What your day-to-day will look like?
  • Sets and adjusts machine controls according to SOPs.
  • Ensures efficiency levels and cycle times are sustained throughout the production run.
  • Assist in the setup and maintenance of the production of injection molding machines, tooling, and processes as needed.
  • Preventative maintenance and repair of machines, injection molding screw assemblies, molds, and other equipment.
  • Mold verification, changes, and job set-ups.

What's Required / Technical Skills
  • 3+ years of experience within the plastics industry
  • 3+ years of process experience in injection molding
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Able to work independently
