Job Description:

• As an Entry Level Inside Sales Engineer, you will work closely with the company's sales team to engage with prospects, understand customer requirements, and provide technical support throughout the sales process. This role requires strong communication skills, both verbal and written, very strong technical skills, as well as the ability to collaborate effectively with various teams within the organization.
• Engage with sales prospects to understand their needs and assess technical requirements.
• Present demonstrations of the company's products and address technical inquiries.
• Assist in selecting appropriate technical solutions for customer applications.
• Provide support to specific sales representatives and act as a backup for various tasks, including quotations and pricing.
• Maintain records of daily activities, customer information, and competitor analysis.
• Collaborate with engineering to generate special pricing as needed.
• Adhere to ISO 9001-2000 procedures and quality audit requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical discipline preferred.
• Sales mindset with an engineering skillset.
• Fluent in English; Spanish proficiency is a plus.
• Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel and database management.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
