Hourly base plus UNCAPPED commission
Position Summary:
To receive inbound telephone calls as a result of various marketing campaigns targeted to ADT's Personal Emergency Response Service and successfully position interested customers for a system that fits their needs.

The pay range for this role is $13.00 an hour, plus commission, and is based on experience and qualifications. Employees accrue up to 120 hours in their first year. Your accrual rate increases after your first year. We also offer 6 paid holidays.

Position Summary:
To receive inbound telephone calls as a result of various marketing campaigns targeted to ADT's Personal Emergency Response Service and successfully position interested customers for a system that fits their needs.
- Provide resolution and close sales for both new and existing customers by taking qualified prospects through critical selling path of gathering information, determining needs and setting up an order.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by determining needs and transferring calls to the appropriate party for resolution, performing follow-up including quotes, information requests, etc.
- Make outgoing follow-up telephone calls to undecided leads and outbound calls to leads that are received via the Internet through various campaigns
Qualifications - External
Education/Certification:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience:
- 1 year inside sales or equivalent sales experience preferred.
- Good communication skills.
- Strong verbal skills.
- Excellent listening skills.
- Positive interpersonal skills.
- 20 wpm accurate typing.
- ADT specific product knowledge.
