Inside Sales Intern

Through identification of customer needs and frequent communication with customers via phone and email, we are looking for an IPA Inside Sales Intern to grow and maintain customer relationships to increase sales.
YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
You'll deliver short and long term projects that support the business strategy. This will involve:
- Good communication skills, polite, enthusiastic and professional
- Handle acceptable level of inbound phone calls with a minimum number of errors
- Input orders into computer system per customer's request via phone and fax or email
- Ability to check price and availability in computer
- Develop knowledge of industrial parts and accessories to discuss and identify customer needs, build stronger customer loyalty and increased sales
- Help to grow and maintain existing customers through inbound and outbound calls and emails
- Correspond with and add customer feedback and/or action items into CRM
HOW TO SUCCEED / YOUR PROFILE

- Demonstrates organizational, time management and follow up skills
- Must be team oriented, possess a positive attitude and demonstrate a desire to collaborate effectively with others
- Demonstrates professionalism, discretion and confidentiality
- Demonstrates basic proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Demonstrates understanding of Google Mail and Calendar
- Ability to learn, understand and apply proficiency with web based software navigation
