Advantage Tech is looking for an Inside Sales Rep to join an amazing local team.

What you will do:
  • Work in a growing, fast-paced company consulting with business professionals to recommend a strategic training solution to address business problems.
  • Use outbound marketing techniques of 55+ calls and emails to customers a day to generate interest in eLearning.
  • Conduct in-depth needs analysis to consult with clients and recommend solutions.
  • Assist customers with solving business issues through training solutions.
  • Establish and maintain quality relationships with clients.
  • Apply coaching techniques to improve quality of each conversation.
