Instructional Assistant (2024-2025) (Hays Inspire Academy)

Hays Inspire Academy is located within a juvenile detention center in San Marcos, Texas. Our middle and high school aged students are 100% at-risk with much potential.

The Instructional Assistant will provide assistance to the Teacher in preparation and management of classroom activities and administrative requirements.
Requirements:

• High school diploma (or recognized equivalent) and
• Completed at least 48 hours of study at an institution of higher education; or
• Obtain an associate's (or higher) degree.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in an educational environment preferred.
• Must have satisfactory outcome of fingerprinting check prior to starting employment. Non-refundable fee paid by employee.
