Description

  • Collaborate with administrators and staff to effectively increase student achievement through coaching, PLCs, professional development, and use of best practices.
  • Provide guidance and support of use of available curriculum, instructional materials, resources, supplies, and equipment and recommend purchases for campus implement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in Early Childhood Education or related field required
  • Master's degree from an accredited university in Education or related field preferred
  • Valid Texas Teacher Certificate with endorsements for subject and subject level assigned is required
  • 3+ years of directly related experience in Early Childhood Education required
  • 2+ years of Campus Leadership experience preferred
  • Demonstrates experience in implementing educational programs in an early learning setting.
  • Demonstrates knowledge of early learning program and best practices, including coaching-based support.
  • Demonstrates knowledge of and experience in working with children from various demographic areas and diverse ethnicities.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage with external parties and build relationships/
