Job Description:

Texas Health and Human Services Commission requires the services of a Training Curriculum Developer who meets the general qualifications of DIR Instructor Trainer 3. The Training Curriculum Developer will be part of a dedicated PeopleSoft Financials upgrade project team.

The core duties include designing training content for system users, support staff, and trainers, conducting training sessions, and developing various job aids. Additional duties include other project activities as needs arise in documentation and system testing.

Must demonstrate and excel in communicating and working with a diverse team with collaboration tools competently in a remote work environment. Also, must be able to estimate work, set deadlines, and communicate effectively.

Required Skills:

• 8 years of experience in Developing training curricula for ERP systems
• 8 years of experience in Conducting training sessions in person and remotely
• 8 years of overall exp in (At least 4 years) Experience with Microsoft O365 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Visio)
• 8 years of overall exp in (At least 4 years) Experience with PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 ERP system

Preferred skills:

• 2 years of experience with Using Soft Chalk to develop training
• 2 years of experience with Using Camtasia to edit recordings
• 2 years of experience working with a public sector organization (Federal, State, or Local Government)
• 2 years of experience working with the Comptroller of Public Accounts (CPA) CAPPS Financials
• 2 years of experience with SharePoint
• 1 or more years of experience with Jira
• 1 years of experience working with the Scrum framework

OTHER SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS

Position will be remote. Program will allow candidates who are within the state (Any location within the State of Texas).
