• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
• Use a consultative approach to educate customers about insurance and financial options, ensuring they have the coverage and plan that meets their specific needs.
• Connect with customers establishing trust and rapport while understanding their unique needs.
• Cultivating prospective new customers and identifying opportunities to promote our products and services.
• Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day
