About the Role

As an Intern for our Cross Market Accounts team, you can gain hands-on sales exposure to the insurance industry. You will also develop client engagement skills and execute campaigns with our team to boost sales experiences. This opportunity can enhance your consultative sales skills and help you become an Associate CMA Account Manager with a successful internship.

Location: Hybrid/Onsite in Alpharetta, GA. No relocation assistance is provided.

Responsibilities
  • Participating in product training on LexisNexis Core Four Insurance Solutions.
  • Delivering elevator pitches on Core Four Solutions.
  • Creating mock customer presentations for at least two solutions.
  • Shadowing customer meetings to gain insight into the sales process.
  • Attending team calls (pipeline reviews and team meetings).
  • Helping execute customer campaigns to generate new sales activities.
  • Collaborating with the CMA team to attract and evaluate new talent.


Requirements
  • Be a current student pursuing a Bachelor's in Business, Marketing, or a related field graduating between May 2024 and July 2024.
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Be customer-focused, highly motivated, and driven to succeed in an insurance sales career.
  • Demonstrate a dedicated work ethic and a passion for excellence.
  • Have a curious and creative mindset with a desire to contribute to projects.
  • Possess exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to learn on the fly.
  • Be able to grasp new concepts quickly and easily.
