Addison Group is working with a growing healthcare services provider to fill two Insurance Verifier positions. Our client specializes in ensuring accurate insurance verification and documentation in a fast-paced business office, offering a flexible and hybrid work schedule after the initial contract period.

Job Description:

As an Insurance Verifier, you will be responsible for verifying patient insurance coverage, including both government and commercial payors. You will ensure all patient information is documented accurately, providing excellent customer service throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify insurance coverage for a variety of payors (government and commercial)
• Conduct verifications online and over the phone
• Ensure all insurance information is properly documented and eligibility forms/patient ID cards are attached
• Use EMR software to manage records (prior experience not required)
• Provide effective customer service to patients

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of insurance verification experience
• Strong customer service skills and attention to detail

Additional Details:

• Hours: Monday-Friday, 8-5
• Compliance: Background check and Drug Screen required
