Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00AM - 5:00PM (EST) or 7:00AM - 4:00PM (EST)

As an Insurance/Accounts Receivable Follow-Up Representative, you will play a crucial role in managing high-volume accounts and ensuring the smooth collection of outstanding payments. Your responsibilities will include maintaining meticulous records, generating revenue through effective payment arrangements, and protecting the value of our clients by keeping collection information confidential.

Must-Have Skills and Qualifications:
  • Allscripts/Meditech Experience
  • Hospital Billing Experience in Pennsylvania (2 years)
  • High-Volume Account Management
  • High School Diploma
  • Experience with Appeals and Denials
