About the Team
The Global Business Marketing - Marketing Partnerships and Industry Education (MPIE) team manages the global industry education and professional certification initiatives and the TikTok Marketing Partners Program. Its responsibilities include producing & managing core product learning content, localization of content, and running the Professional Certification program.
As an Integrated Partner Marketing Manager on the Global Business Marketing Team, you will be responsible for supporting global Monetization Product partners in the TikTok Marketing Partners Program. This team develops strategies to advance TikTok's products, value, and vision with the ecosystem of partners. The partner marketing team serves as a strategic marketing unit for supporting scaled partner marketing content, sales collateral, digital marketing, and promotional activations at in-person and virtual events. We are looking for a go-getter, someone who is hungry to learn, a self-starter who has big ideas, and is ready to take on any challenge.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with partnerships teams to devise and drive partner marketing programs and growth strategies.
- Create effective marketing collaterals with impeccable attention to detail and design to communicate the value proposition of partners via sales decks, one-sheets, and other collateral.
- Proficient writer for digital marketing content creation including case studies, blogs, and whitepapers.
- Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders across marketing, product, marketing science, and sales teams to drive awareness for with ad sellers, current partners, marketers, and merchants.
- Manage and execute regional B2B marketing campaigns including partner training and sales enablement materials.
- Project driver collaborating with key internal stakeholders across the business including product teams, other marketing teams, partner managers, legal, procurement, vendor management, and more.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, partnerships, communications, advertising and/or technology industries.
- Demonstrate strong abilities for storytelling product and core brand narratives.
- Strong ability, experience, and interest in experiential event marketing including regional/global events and webinars to support TikTok-owned, partner-owned, or industry from a programming or strategic standpoint. Requires heavy oversight, strong coordination skills, and results-driven design.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English with strength in copywriting.
- Experience working directly with external partners, creative agencies or events vendors.
- Understanding of the advertising industry and media agency landscape.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in design programs: Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or CapCut.
- Experience working with commerce, campaign management, or data companies.
- A fast learner with a great sense of judgment, design sensibilities, and creative thinking.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and adjust quickly to change.
