We're looking for a hardworking and detail-oriented team member to join our Intellectual Property Operations team. As an IP Operations Agent, you'll investigate account-related abuse and support policies related to IP protection at Pinterest. The IP Ops Team is dedicated to protecting the Pinterest community by removing infringing content and bad accounts/businesses from Pinterest so that our Pinners can discover and share the things they love safely and securely.

What You'll Do:

- Be responsible for enforcing our IP and trademark policies related to IP protection at Pinterest

- Process removal requests efficiently and accurately, which may involve a large volume of tickets

- Learn and enforce our company policies and community guidelines

- Respond to rights holder inquiries relating to their accounts and/or websites

- Work cross-functionally with a diverse, distributed team in order to streamline and optimize operational processes

- Experience in copyright and online intellectual property issues within a Trust & Safety, Abuse, or Online Safety environment

- Motivated team player capable of working independently

- Willingness to learn multiple sets of policies quickly

- A detail oriented individual with the ability to remain focused over extended periods of time

- Strong critical, contextual thinking, and communication skills

- This is a temporary contract position at Pinterest. As such, the contractor who fills this role will be employed either by our staffing partner (PRO Unlimited) or by an agency supplier partner, and not an employee of Pinterest.

- This role will be expected to provide weekend and holiday support.

- All interviews will be scheduled and/or conducted by the Pinterest assignment manager. When a finalist has been selected, PRO Unlimited or the agency supplier partner will extend the offer and provide assignment details including duration, benefits options and onboarding details.
