Responsibilities :

Syntelligent is hiring for a TS/SCI cleared Intelligence Planner to support a federal client in Arlington,VA.

Position: Intelligence Planner

Location: Pentagon, Arlington, VA

Shift: No

Basic Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in intelligence planning
• 2+ years of experience at a Combatant Command, National-level Intelligence Agency, or Service Component
• Experience with joint and combined, multi-domain operations planning, campaign and contingency planning, and developing and maintaining base plans, annexes, appendices, and tabs
• Knowledge of the Joint Planning Process and its inputs and outputs, including JIPOE, Center of Gravity Analysis, Enemy Courses of Action, and Annex Bs
• Knowledge of IC-standard intelligence and production tools, databases, techniques, and platforms
• Knowledge of planning and executing a Component or Joint Exercise Program
• Knowledge of Joint, Bilateral, and Multilateral Exercises
• Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a CI poly

Additional Qualifications / Nice to have:

• Experience with military decision-making process
• Joint Intelligence Planner - 1 Certification
• Completion of DoD Intelligence Planning Courses (IPC 1 & 2)
• Completion of Joint Professional Military Education, Phase I or II
• BA or BS degree in International Affairs, Political Studies preferred; MA or MS degree in International Affairs, Political Science, Foreign Area Studies, National Security Studies, or a related research field a plus.

Other Requirements:

• Current Intelligence Fundamentals Professional Certification (or higher DIE Certification) or ability to obtain it within 90 days of hire ( https://dodcertpmo.defense.gov/IFPC/ ).
