We have an exciting opportunity for Intelligence Targeting Analyst to support our customer's mission. The Analyst will research, analyze, and synthesize pre-collected information by leveraging multiple customer databases and tools and identifying connections across and among investigations that have not been previously identified, assessed, and investigated in support of end users.
The Analyst will research, develop, and communicate in-depth analysis of targets, networks, and issues to key operational components and senior leaders in the Intelligence Community (IC), law enforcement; and highlight specific datapoints to inform strategic production.

The Analyst will input data into a format outlined by the customer to identify emerging trends and present findings to internal and external customers on significant intelligence issues, while supporting the creation and implementation of strategies and mitigation initiatives to address gaps and shortfalls in collection and analytic capabilities across the USG.

Requirements:

• Strong analytic, critical thinking, research, and investigative skills.
• Requires a BA degree and 8 - 12 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 6 - 10 years of prior relevant experience.
• Candidates must have familiarity with a variety of intelligence community databases, networks, and environments.
• Effective use of MS Office applications in a multi-level security setting (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote).
• Must have experience in strategic or tactical-level targeting.
• Must be comfortable with reading/inputting large amounts of data daily.
• Strong attention to details.
• Knowledge of IC policies and procedures.
• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to work efficiently in a metrics-driven environment.
• TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph is required.

Pay Range: Pay Range $87,100.00 - $157,450.00
