Role Summary:

Role will support the central projects EE team in the areas of organizational structures, process definition and coordination of a growing organization. General support and interface with the entire electrical engineering organization.

Role Responsibilities:

• Departmental process definition (50%)

o Support with the creation of new processes within the organization

o Support with creation and control of documents to follow up on Job split

o Support on research and analysis of existing processes within the organization

o Document and understand existing processes and workflows.

o Participate in meetings and discussions related to process improvement

• Electrical development organization (30%)

o Maintenance and optimization of the electrical engineering organization

o Assist in organizing and coordinating organizational events, team meetings, etc

o Support on data analysis to identify opportunities for organizational development, research on industry trends, competitor analysis.

o Support on data collection for organizational development audits.

• General support (20%)

• Support vehicle preparation and participation in local vehicle test drives

Qualifications:

• Must be enrolled at a University/College or Graduation date must be within the last six months

• Pursuing or completed a Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering, Business, or international equivalent

• Proficient in MS office (Especially in Excel and PowerPoint)

• Shows interest in and demonstrates knowledge of cars and the automotive industry

• Possesses a quick comprehension of complex content and has a high level of operational readiness

• Has strong communication skills and is detail oriented

• Able to work on a team and independently on specific assigned tasks

• Fluent in English; German and Spanish knowledge are preferable

• Experience in an international environment is desirable
