Job description:

In your new role you will be responsible for:
  • Factory Layout Design: Assist in the planning and design of factory layouts to optimize workflow and improve manufacturing efficiency, taking into account various factors such as machinery placement, employee safety, and product quality
  • AI and ML Projects: Apply your knowledge of AI and ML to develop models and solutions that improve manufacturing processes and production quality, reduce waste, and maximize efficiency
  • SECS/GEM Implementation: Work closely with our engineering team to understand and implement SECS/GEM protocols in line with SEMI standards to facilitate communication with semiconductor equipment.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains, and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to implement these changes
  • Data Analysis: Collect and analyze production data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement
  • Reporting: Prepare and present reports on project status and results to senior management and relevant stakeholders.
  • Factory Simulation: Ability to learn or use software for Factory simulation projects/designs.


Your Profile:

You are best equipped for this task if you have:
  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering Management, information systems, or related field
  • 1-3 years work experience in semi-conductor industry
  • Machine Learning, AI, SECs/GEM SEMI Standards knowledge or a Background in MES systems, development
  • Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and as a group to other employees of the organization
  • High degree of professionalism in communication, attitude and teamwork with internal customers, peers and management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft power point, word, Excel, spreadsheets & collaboration tools ( SharePoint, Confluence etc.)
