Insight Global is looking for an experienced International Program Analyst to support a DOD customer within the OSD at the Pentagon. This individual will primarily provide initial legal review and preparation of orders authorizing the deployment of U.S. Forces across the globe; as well as review orders to execute military operations; international agreements; defense trade cooperation treaties; intellectual property agreements; international cooperative agreements; cross-service agreements; status of forces agreements; rules of engagement; and significant military exercises briefs. They will also provide initial analysis, review, and support for international agreements to which the DoD and its components are signatories.

Hourly: 45-58/hr
Salary: 110,000 - 125,000/hr

Required Skills & Experience
- Active TS clearance with SCI eligibility
- Masters Degree
- 3+ years of related experience
- Experience in one of the following areas international trade, international agreements, international law or government law, defense trade, intellectual property, rules of engagement, military exercises
- Experience supporting a DOD customer

Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Experience using STS, Westlaw, Lexis, and other similar information databases
- Working knowledge of International Agreements Database (IAD)
