Insight Global is looking for an International Cooperation Analyst to support us and a DOD customer at the Mark Center. Our office supports a cutting edge engineering organization within the DOD responsible for critical and emerging technology development and policy. This individual will work with our team in the following functional areas:
- Plan and execute meetings or events between senior U.S. officials and their international counterparts.
- Write and maintain country papers. Country paper content includes S&T priority areas and/or specialized capabilities within a specified country; governmental and defense organizational structures within a specified country; delineating the relationship between that countrys Defense S&T community and the U.S.
- Maintain situational awareness of S&T cooperative activities in assigned geographic area of responsibility, and liaising with technical subject matter experts
- Conduct data extraction from the DoD International Agreements Database on either a specific country or technical topic.

Other duties included as assigned.

Hourly: 38-46/hr
Salary: 85,000-105,000

Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelors Degree and 5 Years of experience, or Masters Degree and 3 years of experience
- Active Top Secret Clearance
- Experience in an international or foreign policy office or organization
- Experience briefing or writing reports, whitepapers, or special projects related to US international policy or agreements

Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Experience with specific international agreements (MOU'S, S&T information sharing agreements)
