Our Digital Marketing & Technology Team:

The Digital Marketing &Technology team manages planning, maintaining, analyzing and implementing digital programs and technology efforts to effectively communicate Baird’s messages both internally and externally.

Internship Location, Availability and Hours:
Located in our downtown Milwaukee office, the intern must be able to work part-time during the school semesters, 15-20 hours per week, and full time during the summer, 37.5-40 hours per week. We are seeking a student who can start in May 2025.

As a Digital Marketing Technology Intern, you will:
  • Assist with content management, page creation, engagement analytics and content owner support for corporate intranet
  • Assist with web content management of Baird’s website properties: landing pages, video clip postings, Baird Business Unit websites and more
  • Create and analyze both web and intranet analytics reports
  • Update and create email marketing template design using HTML
  • Perform other projects and activities as assigned in support of the Digital Marketing & Technology Team


What we look for:
  • Pursuing a degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing or Business with a Digital or Marketing Technology focus. Targeting May 2026 or later graduation dates
  • Completed coursework in one or more of the following: marketing communications, online marketing, web programming or digital advertising
  • Experience with building and/or managing websites using a content management tool
  • Exceptional organizational/time management skills and attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities at one time and meet all deadlines
  • A highly motivated, strategic thinker who takes initiative to learn and contribute to the team
  • Ability and drive to provide strong customer service to all clients and associates
  • Basic HTML and some CSS programming experience are preferred
  • General knowledge of SharePoint, Google Analytics, SQL and web analytics is a plus
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products
  • Prior experience in an office setting preferred
