We offer both field and office experience depending on the project. Our internships are with the goal to evaluate the candidates potential as a possible future, full-time employee. We offer internships and opportunity to receive diversified training through on-the-job assignments using the technical skills acquired in college. Each intern will be assigned a mentor to help develop both technical and professional skills.

Internship Work Schedule:

Summer 2025 (May - August) Monday - Friday 7:00am - 5:30pm, plus overtime.

**Please note, schedule is subject to change and availability of intern. However, interns will most likely be expected to work Saturdays and long days / weeks (50-65 hours a week).

Position Description

  • The Construction Management and Civil Engineering Intern is responsible for assisting the Project Management, Field Supervision and/or Estimating departments on a construction project either at the project site or divisional office.
  • Working side by side with experienced Project Managers, Field Supervision, and/or Estimators provides an excellent environment for both academic and career growth.
  • The intern will be responsible for assisting project engineering, project accounting, and superintendent staff with daily duties including but not limited to: managing project document flow, taking progress photos of jobsite, submittal review and approval process, RFI process, change management process, and any other duties specific to each jobsite.
  • The intern should be proficient with Microsoft Office. Attention to detail, ability to multi-task, excellent communication skills, ability to read construction drawings are essential.


Position Requirements

  • Junior or Senior
  • Minimum GPA 2.75
  • Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Science or Construction Management
  • Past construction work experience is preferred but not required
