INTL QA Engineer

A large software company is seeking a senior QA engineering resource with 5 to 8 years of QA and testing experience. Responsibilities include daily participation in 9:30AM EST scrum calls, handling Jira tickets with pending tasks assigned by the manager or leads, working on a library, utilizing TestRails, executing tests, and providing feedback on tickets. You will be working on a team of 12 other QAs and developers.

Required Skills & Experience

5-8 years of experience in QA/Testing
1-2 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Order Management, specifically with Invoices, Usage, Usage Summaries, Rebills or Cancellations
Hands on experience with SFDC CPQ and SFDC Billing, specifically with Quotes, Orders, Invoices, Usage, Usage Summaries, etc. (ex: order management or invoice management)
Jira or ITSM experience
Agile/Scrum Experience
Strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and excellent communication

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

ISTQB certified
Salesforce certified
