A client of Insight Global is seeking an experienced communications specialist and project/release manager to define
the strategy to drive awareness across and external adoption of their enablement offerings, as well as manage the execution of enablement content release initiatives. They pay rate for this role will be $12.00-$15.00 USD per hour.
Key Responsibilities include:
Development and Implementation Planning:
Analyze existing training communication channels and efforts to identify strengths,
weaknesses and opportunities to resolve gaps.
Develop a detailed communication plan that outlines the goals, target audiences, key
messaging and comms channels for all training initiatives
Implement and execute the communication plan, monitoring its effectiveness and making adjustments as needed.
Release Management Execution:
Drive execution of Enablement releases initiatives, ensuring timely and coordinated
delivery of training curriculum and certifications
Develop and maintain comprehensive release roadmap, aligning with broader
Enablement initiatives and content releases
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of release plans,
including content creation, review and delivery
Manage release plans and processes, including content development, maintenance and depreciation
Release Management Messaging:
Create compelling and engaging content to drive awareness of training programs
Content could include, email campaigns, newsletters, social posts
Develop and maintain release calendar to ensure timely and consistent
communications with target audiences
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Identify and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to tailor approaches
based on internal and external needs
Leverage SMEs and thought leader expertise to promote offerings
Reporting and Continuous Improvement:
Analyze communication metrics and provide regular reports on the performance of the communication strategy.
Identify performance trends to refine strategy as needed
Professional Development and Continuous Improvement:
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, best practices, and technologies in training communication and release management

Required Skills & Experience
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in developing and executing communication plans
and end-to-end project management, preferably in the training or education sector
Proven communications experience, ideally in enablement/training or tech industries
Strong experience in project management, with a track record of successfully
delivering complex initiatives
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages
for different audiences
Analytical mindset to interpret data and drive improvements
Collaborative nature with strong project management skills and the ability to
prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage
multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team
Nice to have: Familiarity with content management systems and tools used in enablement and training environments
The ideal candidate is a passionate self-starter and strategic communicator committed to
delivering exceptional communications experiences that engage and excite stakeholders,
customers and partners.
