INTL Remote Data Engineer

Insight Global is looking for a Senior Data Engineer to work remotely in India. Candidates will work IST hours. Candidates will be a part of the clients data modernization project, transitioning from on-premises to cloud infrastructure (Azure). They will utilize programming skills in SQL, PySpark, and Python to support data transformation and migration tasks. They will also manage and optimize data workflows using Databricks and Snowflake.

Additional Responsibilities:
- Ensure data security and compliance throughout the migration process.

Pay Rate: $20-22/hr

Required Skills & Experience
- Experience working on data modernization projects, specifically on-prem to cloud migrations (Azure).
- Proficiency in SQL, PySpark, and Python programming.
- Hands-on experience with Databricks and Snowflake.
- Strong understanding of data architecture, data governance, and data security principles.
