A client of Insight Global is looking for a seasoned Business Analyst with experience supporting global IT security programs/projects. The Business Analyst will be assigned to the Identity program (migrating from Forgerock to MS Entra ID) with high visibility among high level stakeholders. The BA will be responsible for meeting minutes, Stakeholder management, status reporting and also the creation of key project deliverables. This role is going to be focused on creating documentation, project deliverables, as well as actively supporting application migrations. This role will become a technical expert on the project -- a technical expert on the app migration process, and work with application owners and migration engineering to drive forward app migrations.

We would like this person to work at least 4 hours a day inside of US eastern 9AM -- 5PM (4PM -- 8PM local Romania time.)

Reasonable working hours would be 12PM-8PM local Romania time (not including lunch breaks.) No on call or overtime needed.

Required Skills & Experience
- 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst and a Bachelor's Degree OR 12 years total experience in functional roles (BA/PM)
- Extensive experience as a Business Analyst in large enterprise organizations
- Has experience with IT security projects/programs (experience with MS Entra ID is a plus) OR BA experience involving technology-focused process improvements, transformations, and/or system implementations
- Strong global business aptitude
- Experience working with product and technical teams
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong documentation skills
- Experience taking meeting minutes, stakeholder management, creating documentation, translating requirements and creating project deliverables
- Experience with MS Office Suite, Azure DevOps (or Jira), ServiceNow
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Exceptional communication skills verbal and written
