INTL-France -ServiceNow Technical Project Manager

A client of Insight Global seeking an experienced French + English speaking ServiceNow Technical Project Manager/Product Owner to lead and oversee the migration of ServiceNow instances as part of our consolidation strategy. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow administration, technical management, and project leadership. The candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end migration process, ensuring seamless integration, and optimizing ServiceNow performance and functionality. This person will lead a team of ServiceNow developers, administrators, and consultants, and will assign tasks to manage workload and ensure project milestones and deadlines are met. This position will have a hybrid work schedule onsite and will mostly work in EU time zones.

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of Project Management experience
Expert level experience in ServiceNow; including administrative, implementations, migrations, and post-migration
End-to-end migration project lifecycle, including planning, execution, testing, and deployment in ServiceNow
Experience working in a Agile / Waterfall methodology
Experience working with large off-shore & on-shore developers

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Previous experience in Logistics freight-forwarding industry
