Inventory Specialist - Fort Worth

This role is over-night, 12 am- 8 am Monday- Friday

The Inventory Specialist will research distribution errors reported by the Client Services team. Provide and track a credit return number to the client services team when warranted. Assist with inventory adjustments and warehouse master data maintenance. Conduct cycle counts of product on a daily basis, compare the physical count to the system count and resolve any variances within those counts. Teammates will follow all Insight policies and procedures. Each person is accountable for meeting or exceeding individual and / or departmental metrics.

Key Responsibilities

• Count, analyze, and adjust product daily.

• Research and resolve variances in shipping, receiving, and locating.

• Handle count requests and product checks.

• Assist with re-labels, transfers, and product activation.

• Ensure safety standards are met and report unsafe conditions.

• Maintain records and spreadsheets for daily work and picking errors.

What you'll need to succeed

• High school diploma or GED.

• Strong researching, problem-solving, and math skills.

• Good typing skills and knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

• Experience with WMS system.

• SAP and forklift experience are pluses.

• Previous inventory experience is a plus.
