Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Inventory Control Technician with a strong background in managing and controlling inventory within high-tech environments. 

This role is crucial for overseeing the inventory of capital assets, particularly in the NAND tool/lab sector.




Key Responsibilities:
  • Asset Location: Physically locate approximately 200 missing capital assets that are currently unaccounted for, primarily consisting of interface hardware.
  • Inventory Management: Update the NDTM Master inventory list to identify high-risk tools for relocation due to age and condition.
  • Utilize this information to make informed disposition decisions (scrap or sell for parts).
  • Utility Coordination: Update the inventory list for tools connected to utilities, specifically FM Water, which may contain biologics requiring a flush before connecting to our site.
  • Collaboration with Intel: Coordinate with Intel (specifically Chris Wager) to track the physical inventory relocation process, manage temporary staging in Class stores, and determine packing requirements. 
  • Develop an optimal relocation strategy in preparation for the second close.




Qualifications:
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience with NAND tools/labs; prior experience at Intel is highly advantageous.
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with capital asset management and inventory control practices.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong ability to analyze and address inventory challenges effectively.
  • Collaboration: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
