Nature of Work:
- Responsible for managing all aspects of the department's game night signage execution needs as well as assisting in presentation collateral, contract processes, partner digital executions, and inventory management to help the team build, implement and maintain strategic business partnerships that directly impact renewal and revenue goals.
- Works closely with the Activation and Sales Teams on building a positive culture within the department, emphasizing relationships, revenue and rewards with our colleagues, clients and throughout KSE.
Examples of work performed:
- Manage, create and maintain inventory execution grids for Ball Arena sporting events and concerts. These grids include, but are not limited to, digital arena boards, dasher boards, on-ice/in-field logos, courtside/stanchion signage and Stadium Vision
- Assist PMMS Activation Team in executing contracted social and digital campaigns by serving as a liaison between the PMMS and Digital departments, tracking, pulling reports and managing expectations
- Assist Revenue Managers in tracking all sponsorship inventory through KORE CRM for Ball Arena, Denver Nuggets, Colorado Avalanche Colorado Mammoth and Colorado Rapids
- Assist in maintaining all department sales and recap collateral through Sportsdigita inventory and Partnership Playbook slides, which serves as a guide for asset details, specs and deadlines
- Create end-of-season recap reports for all clients with building signage elements
- Work alongside NBA, NHL and NLL representatives to ensure that specs and elements are up to date and specific league contracts are executed
- Support the Activation and Sales Teams in assisting with various components of their accounts as needed
- Support Strategy Team in developing platforms and packages for new sales opportunities as needed
- Executes game day responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications
- Minimum
- One to three years in the sports/entertainment industry
- Driver's License
- Preferred
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Business, Sports Marketing and/or Sports Management degree preferred

Competencies/Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Must showcase the following: multi-tasking, strategic thinking, strong organizational skills, collaboration, ability to prioritize projects, able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to write clearly and effectively, with solid verbal communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point required
- Proficiency in Sportsdigita & KORE-CRM proficiency preferred
Compensation
- Base Salary: $18.50/hr. + Overtime
- Eligible for annual discretionary bonus plan
