• New York: the salary range for this role is $275000 to $275000

Your team

You will be working in the Global Banking Healthcare coverage group of the Investment Bank at UBS in New York, NY. As a Director (VP equivalent) in the Healthcare coverage group you will part of the Healthcare MedTech, Tools and Diagnostics sector team. You will provide key analytical support in idea origination efforts and transaction execution, including mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt capital market transactions, leveraged buyouts and corporate restructurings.

Your expertise

• bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Mathematics, or a related field
• MBA, graduate degree, or equivalent preferred but not required
• previous experience in Healthcare Investment Banking (or a related field such as Equity Research for Healthcare) with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• solid analytical and quantitative skills, specific familiarity with financial and valuation analysis and utilizing financial services industry database and tools including PowerPoint, Excel, etc.
• client and solutions focused, a great communicator, whether presenting to clients or executives
• always looking to expand your skill set, including relationship building
