Job Description

The Investment Center Client Service Specialist is primarily responsible for operational, administrative, and sales support to the Investment Center Financial Advisors, who provide investment services to clients. Performs daily servicing activities, which involve documentation, information gathering, and compiling works under general supervision. This position is to ensure all operational functions are processed efficiently with limited errors, putting the needs of the client first and providing exceptional service every single time.

How You'll Spend Your Time

• You will be responsible for understanding each salesperson's customer base, providing top-notch customer service, answering inquiries about investment products, and proactively managing situations to prevent client escalations.
• You will extensively use the firm's technology platform to provide securities transaction services, process sales tickets, and deliver basic financial planning modules to retail clients when the primary salesperson is unavailable.
• You will manage client accounts, conduct transactions, maintain up-to-date profiles according to BOKFS standards, and liaise with custodians and contra firms to address client concerns.
• You will create customer presentations on current security market trends and investment strategies, use databases to create worksheets, and help assemble presentation packets.

Education & Experience Requirements

This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor's Degree in Finance or related field of study and ­­3-4 years of directly related experience in ­­­­­­­­­­­­investment sales/operations or 5-7 years equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Thorough knowledge and understanding of banking practices and policies, including loan documentation requirements and regulations, and deposit account opening and regulations.
• Knowledge of bonds and securities and their related tax implications
• Working knowledge and understanding of BOKF's commercial products and services
• Excellent PC skills including appropriate systems usage; experience with Salesforce a plus
