We're expanding our Core Optional Models installation team and welcoming a new member. As a Business Consultant, your role involves implementing the Investor Servicing package for Jack Henry. You'll guide financial institutions through the installation process, provide training to employees, and troubleshoot any issues that arise. Your expertise in loan servicing and origination will be crucial for successful installations. This position requires extensive travel and flexibility with extended hours. Additionally, it's open to remote work from one of the following locations: Charlotte NC area, Dallas FT. Worth Area, Birmingham AL Area, Southwest Missouri Area, or the Kansas City Missouri Area.

What you'll be responsible for:

• Conducts on-site customer operational and/or systems analysis resulting in problem identification. During engagements, identifies operational and system enhancement opportunities.
• Based on results, designs solutions and hardware/software specifications by creating detailed documents.
• Supports customers by utilizing data analytic tools and identifying ways to improve key performance factors.
• Ensures testing and customer training are referred to support organizations.
• Creates project plans to monitor progress, assuring all milestones are completed as projected.
• May have some financial responsibilities including project cost estimating, proposal generation, and invoicing.
• May participate in sales and proposal presentations in addition to completing ongoing team account activities.
• May assist less experienced peers
• May perform other duties as assigned.

What you'll need to have:

• Minimum of 18 months experience in loan servicing or loan origination.
• Willing to travel up to 50% of the time to various locations across the US for the installation process. Trip durations vary from 3-9 days depending on the project scope. Typically, this involves 1-2 trips per month.
• Willing to work extended hours while onsite to complete the install process.
• Effective communication skills (both written and oral) across business units and with all management levels.
• Ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously.

What would be nice for you to have:

• Experience with Jack Henry Loan products.
• Experience with loan servicing such as Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae, SBA, or FHLB.
