Akkodis is partnering with a Fortune 500 company in Erie, PA, recruiting customer service oriented candidates to provide IT Account Access & Administration support.

This is a long term contract role which requires full-time work onsite in Erie, PA
Pay Rate: $18 per hour

The IT Account Access & Administration Specialist requires candidates to have a high level of customer service, strong attention to detail and a tech savvy nature. In this role, you will be responsible for provisioning entitlements for employees and agents of the client.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, MIS, CIS or related field preferred; Experience in lieu of a degree will also be considered.
• Two years' customer service experience required.
• Exceptional verbal and written communications skills required.
• Tech savvy with the ability to learn new software and systems.
• Prior experience in a security provisioning role preferred
• Knowledge and experience with Active Directory
• Ability to handle confidential information.
• Must be able to work onsite in Erie, PA

Pay Details: $18.00 per hour
