This role will combine both strategy and tactics. As an IT Adoption Program Coordinator Senior you are responsible for IT organizational change management, you will ensure effective adoption of workplace tools across Allianz Life (AZL). The role will work closely with cross-functional teams, including HR, Marketing, and IT, to lead change initiatives and enhance the adoption of M365 and other productivity tools on the IT roadmap. You will report to the Sr. Director, IT Customer-facing Services.

What you do:
  • Collaborate closely with HR, Marketing, and AZL IT, to lead the change process for AZL users during the introduction of Workplace and other productivity tools such as M365, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Exchange Online, and Keeper.
  • Develop and implement strategies and plans to drive successful organizational change, leverage resources as appropriate from the HR department, employing methodologies such as the Plan, Engage, Act, Sustain (PEAS) change management model, tools, and resources,
  • Stakeholder engagement - identify key stakeholders (direct and indirect) and establish communication channels to ensure they are informed and supportive throughout the change process.
  • Impact analysis - conduct assessments to identify the impact of changes on business processes, systems, and employees and use this data to inform strategy and mitigate potential risks.
  • Partner with AZL IT, Allianz Technology of America (ATA), Allianz Technology (Global), and business leadership to increase the adoption of Workplace and other productivity tools within each AZL division; facilitate collaboration between IT and business units; use positive influence and advocacy to push for collaborative alignment on project delivery and successful outcomes
  • Identify the need and establish Community expansion to form, facilitate and present emerging solutions, hot topics, and business pain points as early messaging to advocates in the business community. i.e., Business Technology Champion forum
  • Facilitate a community of IT solution "business owners" and ensure they are aware of and adhering to IT related process/control requirements, including corporate rules like the Allianz Functional Rule for IT (AFRIT)
  • Establish and manage the process to ensure IT solution "business owners" are adhering to minimum standards for business applications tagged as 'end-user compute' solutions (i.e., technology solutions developed by employees outside of IT)
  • Establish metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives, monitoring the adoption and utilization, and making adjustments necessary to ensure the desired outcomes.
  • Utilize available data to conduct bi-annual surveys and generate various reports to identify trends related to change, adoption, and overall satisfaction experiences.
  • Analyze survey results and reports to measure user satisfaction, identify areas for improvement, and drive strategies for increased user adoption of tools and program changes.
  • Work as a key member of the IT communications team, collaborating with IT colleagues, ATA, and Corporate Communications to craft clear communications to support the change initiatives and drive adoption at Allianz Life
  • Participate in planning communication sessions aligned with organizational change management and technology introduction, including tactical and recurring communications and oversight of monthly major release summaries.


What you bring:
  • 5+ years of experience required, experience managing successful projects. Solid knowledge and understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) for IT Projects and PMLC (Project Management Life Cycle).
  • Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or related field required
