As an IT Asset Management Specialist on THIS team, you'll be responsible for accurate inventory management of IT related assets. Timely processing of inbound shipments and updating asset inventory database. Conduct inventory audit of assets and create reports for management review.

Required Skills & Experience
- 3+ years inventory recordkeeping experience.
- 5+ years database management experience.
- Proven communication, organization and multitasking skills
- Highly detail oriented with a critical degree of accuracy regarding data entry and analysis
- Flexibility with prioritizing and organizing priorities
- Demonstrated working knowledge of Data Center equipment (switches, servers, routers, etc)
- Demonstrated knowledge of Excel, Outlook and Word
- Demonstrated understanding of Asset Life Cycle Management
- Required frequent lifting of 35-60 pounds
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
- Ability to provide prompt, high-quality customer service to staff, vendors and internal customers

Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Demonstrated understanding of corporate, local and state policies regarding disposal of hardware.
