IT Asset Specialist

Day to day:
Manage, track and maintain IT equipment supporting retail store operations.
Support staging and shipping IT Hardware for lager projects
o Use instructions to configure and package equipment, print shipping labels and send out equipment on demand
Collaborate with IT integration facilities for efficient hardware sourcing, processing, and distribution.
Handle the receipt of shipments, ensuring accurate inventory and asset management.
Provide front line support for IT-related issues, aiming for swift resolutions.
Conduct routine checks of asset inventory, ensuring stock levels are consistent with demand repairs.

Required Skills & Experience

Must Haves:
High Diploma or equivalent
Technical Support experience
