The IT Audio Visual Analyst 1 is responsible for Kwik Trip's audio/visual equipment, their administration and configuration. This position assists with the design, implementation, and support of all collaboration, audio/visual, and conference technologies.

Kwik Trip's IT Service Center is seeking a Full Time End User Services Co-worker. The IT Audio Visual Analyst 1 is responsible for Kwik Trip's audio/visual equipment, their administration and configuration. This position assists with the design, implementation, and support of all collaboration, audio/visual, and conference technologies.
What you'll be doing:
- Perform independent and enhancement work concerning all collaboration in A/V projects.
- Assists with installation, upgrade, maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimization activities on conference room technologies, digital signage, paging, sound masking, and background music.
- Serve as the escalation point for the A/V team, monitoring task and incident queues while escalating tickets to advanced support teams.
- Provide third tier end user support in line with the IT Service Desk and Desktop Support teams for end user device user support, following ITIL standards.
- Works with our IT Security department to implement End Point security policies.
You'll need to have:
- Associate degree in an Information Technology related field or equivalent training/experience.
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Experience with troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving networking, hardware, and software issues.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Windows client operating systems.
- Organizational skills for documentation and instructional needs.
- The ability to perform at a high level within a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
- A strong desire to establish and meet aggressive deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills.
- The ability to work effectively independently, as well as on a team.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities.
- The ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed.
Even better if you have:
- Experience in the following is preferred: A/V technologies, installation, troubleshooting, project management, and problem management.
- Advanced familiarity with hardware repairs on laptops, desktops, and audio/visual equipment.
- Knowledge of the following technologies: Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager, Microsoft Active Directory, Apple devices (Macbooks and iPads) or Enterprise Mobility Management platforms.
- Knowledge of the ITIL framework and methodologies.
- Knowledge of teleconference and conference room technologies to include Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Cisco WebEx, QSC Systems, Informacast, and Crestron.
Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, daytime hours. Weekend and after-hours work may be required as needed. Provide after-hours support for critical production systems in an on-call rotation.
