If you have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, this might be the job for you. The position requires a significant amount of expertise as it relates to a wide variety of issues ranging from PC networking, operating systems, mobile devices and security. A qualified candidate will support the ability to connect users to the data they require to do their jobs, regardless of the devices used.

Here are the duties and responsibilities for this position:

• Configures desktop, laptops and other mobile devices according to corporate requirements and supports internal and/or external networks
• Develops and maintains all operation systems, applications, security, network configurations, and printers on client and server devices.
• Troubleshoots device hardware and network connectivity issues
• Supports and configures telephony equipment (client side)
• Supports users by helping with orientation and first time use and reissue credentials
• Provides resolution for escalated service tickets

What You Need to Succeed

• Associate Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or similar preferred
• 3 years related experience
• Experience with computerized office systems and software (i.e., Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Outlook, Excel)
• CompTIA A+ preferred
• Microsoft MTA: Windows Operating System Fundamentals or equivalent preferred
