IT Infrastructure Monitoring Engineer :

- Position will be responsible for monitoring, managing, and optimizing our organization's IT infrastructure (network, servers, VMWare virtual environments, etc) using Entuity and ensuring the stability and performance of Linux-based ( and Windows ) systems.
- Strong background in Entuity management software and Linux, particularly Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL).
- Monitor and manage performance, availability, and security using Entuity
- Configure and maintain Entuity components, including Network Discovery and Inventory, Event Management, Performance Monitoring, VMware Monitoring, SurePath, Configuration Management, Flow Analysis, Reports and Dashboards.
- Design and implement complex dashboards in Entuity to provide comprehensive visibility into network health and performance metrics
- Develop and optimize trigger mechanisms in Entuity to ensure timely and accurate alerting of network issues
- Troubleshoot and resolve network performance and connectivity issues using Entuity's diagnostic tools and features
- Automate tasks and streamline processes using relevant tools for scripting

Required Skills and Experience :

- Proven experience with Entuity network management software, including configuration, administration, and troubleshooting
- Strong knowledge of Entuity components such as Network Discovery and Inventory, Event Management, Performance Monitoring, VMware Monitoring, SurePath, Configuration Management, Flow Analysis, Reports and Dashboards.
- Expertise in designing and implementing complex dashboards and trigger mechanisms in Entuity
- Solid experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) administration, including installation, configuration, and maintenance
- Proficiency in scripting for automation and task streamlining
- Relevant certifications, such as Entuity Certified Administrator (ECA), Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE), Entuity Certified Consultant (ECC), Entuity Certified Integrator (ECI), etc
- Experience with Windows Server administration will be a plus
- Knowledge of virtualization technologies, such as VMware will be a plus
