We are currently looking for a Full Time IT Network Administrator to join our SS Network Services Team team located at the Information Technology working .

Summary:
execute most routine administrative functions for all tribal network services.

Responsibilities:

* Maintain knowledge of and follow all laws, rules, regulations, policies and SOPs for assigned area, e.g. MICS, TICS, hospital standards, health codes, food sanitation, accounting principles, etc.
* Keeps current and aware of national trends as well as future needs and priorities
* Handles routine customer complaints and incidents, exhibiting the appropriate discretion to identify situations that require the attention of supervisory personnel
* Upgrades, installs and troubleshoots networks, networking hardware devices and software
* Provides daily administration functions for tribal network services
* Develops and documents system standards for computers and network devices
* Recommend and schedule repairs to the Local and Wide Area Network
* Assist in new project implementation under the direction of Engineers
* Conducts minor preventative maintenance, when possible, and report additional needed repairs to line of support
* Maintains complex equipment/machinery, systems and building by completing preventative maintenance schedules
* All other duties as assigned

* Gaming license or permit as required by assigned position
